I had my car repaired here; I'd say no to anyone. Because I'm careful with my car, I prefer to take it to an authorized Ford garage. The invoice was increased by €400 without any consultation or contact with me. This was due to a stuck brake caliper. I was only allowed to pick up the car after payment was received. Cash payment wasn't possible for security reasons, which I can understand to some extent. After I paid, this is how the car was delivered. (See attachment) Tape on my door panel and around my handle. Some of it still needed to be installed. I was able to remove the tape myself after I told them I hadn't delivered it like that. I also found loose screws in my car. I really regret choosing a Ford garage and the quality of service you get here. I also received a call from a customer service representative from Zeeuw&Zeeuw. When she noticed I wasn't very positive, she quickly hung up. She was supposed to send me an email where I could give my feedback. It never arrived. So here's my review.

I'm writing this review in response to a recent email in which we were contacted to schedule a maintenance appointment. Last February, we took our Suzuki to Zeeuw & Zeeuw Nieuwegein for a service and MOT. During this appointment, we were told that the car wouldn't pass the MOT without major and expensive repairs. We decided not to have these repairs done and to buy another car instead. What we found disappointing was that a service was performed, yet the car was subsequently deemed "unsafe to drive." No compensation was offered for this. We were also told that the car was overdue for maintenance. This, despite the fact that we often have the car serviced twice a year at Zeeuw & Zeeuw Maarssen. It's a shame that they don't look into this or consider it.

The salesperson understood exactly what we were looking for. He stayed within our stated budget. We were able to take a test drive at our leisure, and they took all the time we needed to answer our questions. We're thrilled with our new used car. 🎉
