What an unbelievable embarrassment. I made a phone appointment for a test drive in a used car. I was given a vague explanation that the battery's health status was unknown because they (as a Hyundai dealer??) couldn't do that for Kias. And yet, these days, any garage can calculate this (for any brand). The next day, I drove a long way (over an hour) to this dealership. Upon arrival, the car was nowhere to be found, and the salesperson offered an excuse that it had apparently already been sold. This despite the fact that they had my phone number. No apology, no coffee, nothing. I'd be better off buying from a dealership than from this place. How is it possible for this to happen at a so-called dealership?

A pleasant welcome, they listened carefully to our needs. We received expert advice regarding EV purchases. Now we just have to hope for 100% after-sales service!

Hyundai has once again surprised me with the high quality of my new Kona hybrid. It's a joy to drive; it surpasses its predecessor. The Zeeuw & Zeeuw dealer in Roosendaal delivered it perfectly, and their personal customer service throughout the sale and handover was very pleasant. I'm a happy customer!
