I have a broken wiper and went to see if they can install a new one. They asked me to go to Ford Utrecht or give them a call and order the item myself and get it delivered to them. I asked if they can order it for me and I can come back to get it installed when it arrives and they said no they will not do that. What’s the point of having a service center then??

Very horrible and carefree people. No service orientation.....we had to cancel our appointment with them after 2 weeks of waiting to fix our car. I will never recommend them.

Using these guys for almost 2 years. pricing above average but good quality. Sometimes though they could show a bit more interes in solving an issue with a cause not so straight forward to diagnose.
