After I left a negative review, they responded. They picked up my car, gave me a spare, and returned it repaired the same day. That was fantastic, of course, because it's a great car that suits me perfectly. Thanks, Danny, for the excellent service.

Last week I took my Fiat 500 in for a major service, and today they had a new airbag computer installed. The service was excellent and friendly both days! I can safely get back on the road!

Very bad service and Customer care: I brought my Alfa Giulietta for the Navigator update after a failed “home made” try. They called me to say that car was ready, when I went to pick it up, they told me that update of the Navi couldn’t be done, only the system could be updated. They claimed the only option to have the navi again is to buy a new Radio at price of 4.000€!!! I had to pay 109€ for the system update with zero benefit (completely useless). At least they had to call me to advise before proceeding with a not required and expensive system update!!!
