Bought a Mitsubishi Outlander. Front and rear parking sensors were supposed to be options, both in the photo and mentioned in the text! They weren't! The photo was of a different Outlander! The trunk cover was supposedly still somewhere in the workshop...never heard from him again! The battery pack was supposedly tested and showed 80%...no report, of course, and you guessed it...no! After sending several apps and emails, there's never a response!! This smells like a deliberate act; otherwise, you'd probably respond...something to hide, right?! Now send a registered letter to the company and see if he responds. If not, according to the lawyer, we have a strong case based on the evidence we've gathered. To be continued...

My car stared giving problems after 2,5 months, sent a message and they didn’t reply. Called two times, they rejected the call. Ask them to call me back and nothing.

Had a great experience buying a car from Milano Automotive. They replied to me very quickly and answered all my questions. When the financing finally approved the payment, it was late in the afternoon. But they still allowed me to pick up the car on the same day in the evening! I’m very happy with the process, I recommend it!

In January 2021, we bought a 2015 Ford Focus from Milano. It was quite a drive for us, 150 km, but it was worth it. Our first impression was good; the car was ready and completely cleaned. After a test drive, which the owner gave me plenty of time for, we bought the car. I couldn't pay everything immediately due to my bank limit, but that wasn't a problem. I could transfer the money first, which wasn't a problem, and I could do the rest later. What a trust! Luckily, there are still people like that around. Because I come from quite far away, I was worried about the warranty, but it wasn't a problem. I could just take it to the Ford dealership in my hometown. When I sold it, the tire was a bit flat, and the seller said without any excuses that if anything went wrong, you could just have it repaired. It has since been repaired without any problems, except for a nail. The car is still perfect and drives like a dream. I'm super happy with it, which is why I give this company 5 stars ⭐️ Customer service is friendly, reliable, honest, and keeps its promises. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
