"I had an unusual experience with Wittebrug. The van I had was due the MOT check. The initial date in December did not suit me as I was on a job. I postponed till the 14th of Jan'25. I asked for confirmation but received no answer. I did ring Wittebrug, but once I spoke, the person hung up on me. I arrived on the 14th and it was obvious that there was no booking.I showed the emails and was able to prove mt postponement. However, Alexandria at the front desk, worked her magic and somehow fitted the van in their schedule for the MOT check plus other jobs. When I was picking up the van, the next day, I realised that Alexandria cpuld talk the talk and walk the walk as she explained the following issues and corrections that were made to the Van. Many thanks to Wittebrug and to the team and to Alexandria too. I was very impressed with the Customer service. Thank you"

"Beware of this company and especially the seller Nico from the Leiden location. After the test drive, the seller promised to repair several faults, including the brake discs. After two weeks, I received information that the car was ready for collection, but the brakes had not been replaced because they told me that everything was fine. After a year (I only did 10,000 km) I went again to have a new APK done and now I was informed that the brake discs needed to be replaced and they demanded €500 for the replacement. I do not recommend this company!"

"I was looking for a company car, and that was quite difficult. Regular dealerships hardly have anything in stock, but Wittebrug Bedrijfsauto's in Leiden is a great place to be; they have plenty in stock, including vans and caddies. The cars look great, and the staff are very friendly and professional, not pushy at all. I had a very pleasant experience and can recommend Wittebrug in Leiden to anyone looking for a company car."

"Bad experience... the guy at the counter took 40 min filling some forms that had nothing to do with me.. was not welcoming at all.. in the end said would take 1 hour to know what’s wrong with car. 3 days later still no reply. We came to pick up the car. They charged us 140 euro and said not sure what was wrong and they don’t have time right now. Just lol..."
