I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this dealership. I purchased a car that came with tires that had multiple cracks. Despite repeatedly raising my concerns about the safety of these tires, the dealership continuously insisted that they were safe, based on assessments from their partners. Even after providing a report from an independent expert stating that the tires were dangerous, my concerns were dismissed. Instead of addressing the issue directly, I was repeatedly redirected to contact other parties, and my questions were never answered satisfactorily. Furthermore, I experienced ongoing noise and vibration issues with the car, which the authorized dealer suggested were caused by the tires. Despite this clear evidence, the dealership refused to provide assistance or a solution. The communication was poor throughout the process, with promises of follow-up that never materialized. Overall, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected much better service and support from an authorized dealer.

Bought a beautiful Golf at Carvitaal, what a fantastic selection they have! All cars are in excellent condition. After receiving helpful information via chat from Tom, that was the first step. Then we made an appointment with Raymond Lenssen and received assistance in a way you don't often encounter these days. Raymond is a consummate host with extensive car knowledge. As a customer, you quickly feel at home here. Raymond is also easily accessible for questions after the purchase! And then comes the moment you pick up the car. Even though the 140 km drive was definitely worth it. A professionally polished car; even the space under the hood wasn't forgotten! This was our first car from Carvitaal/Wealer, but definitely not the last. Thank you all so much for this fantastic experience and service!
