I was very satisfied with the car service at Volvo Garage Groningen. The repair was carried out quickly, even with spare parts delivered within the same week. What made it even more special was the excellent help from receptionist Bea. She was friendly, professional, and ensured everything went smoothly. I'm very happy with the service and can definitely recommend this garage!

On September 22, 2025, I took my Volvo in for maintenance to change my transmission oil, and less than a month later, my underbody and/or skid plate are loose under my car. They hadn't tightened the bolts properly, causing them to vibrate loose, and the plate came loose and is damaged. Now they refuse to take responsibility and make me pay for the underbody and/or skid plate myself, and they're covering the installation costs?! It's ridiculous, because this happened because of them! I don't know what kind of mechanics work there, but this is my honest story.

Knowledgeable and friendly personnel. They performed the check on my car thoroughly and did a few things extra, without me having to ask it, to fix some things that were annoying but that I had gotten used. Both thumbs up for service.
