I made an appointment by phone for the first time. Upon arrival, it wasn't in their system. They also said a car was supposed to be available, but nothing was known. Fortunately, they still had the option to repair the car that same day. So, I made an appointment with the counter clerk for a major service two weeks later. The clerk informed me that it was in their system. Two weeks later, I arrived for the appointment, and again, nothing was known, and no car was available. And there was nothing they could do to fix it. Extremely poor service. I won't be returning.

Excellent service! They contacted me through a car sales channel about a recall for my car. I have a Golf GTE, a hybrid, and I wanted to sell it, so this was perfect timing. No hidden surprises; everything they promised was delivered. They picked up my car all the way from Beverwijk and delivered a perfectly clean loaner. The total turnaround time was only three days, and before you knew it, the car was back! And all of this was completely free of charge thanks to the manufacturer's warranty. I am very satisfied with Van den Brug's service and would definitely recommend them to everyone.

We received fantastic service. An appointment was scheduled for us at the Sneek branch. We were then called by the Franker department, who had an earlier appointment available, which was more convenient for us. The repair was carried out perfectly. They even updated our navigation system, and we were able to use alternative transportation. A beautiful building and a clean workshop. Our experience: easy communication and fantastic service. Highly recommended!
