I was able to get a checkup warning light read out right away on a Saturday morning, enjoyed a delicious cup of coffee, and the car was checked quickly. Then, on Monday, the necessary repairs were carried out, the MOT was included, and they called me promptly beforehand to discuss the expected costs. I'm very satisfied.

I didn't have a good experience with this garage. I brought my car in for its MOT inspection. I called ahead to ask if I could come, and they immediately had a spot available, plus they'd give me a free loaner car if I had to wait. I thought, "Great!" and brought my car in. Upon arrival, the guy had no spot and no loaner car available (actually). After insisting, he made room for me, but I was very rude. I waited in the garage for the inspection with my 1-year-old daughter until the inspection. After 30 minutes, some minor issues needed to be repaired. I was given the option to have the receipt with or without it (black or white). If I chose the white receipt, it would cost me an additional €65 for just the receipt. I decided to have it fixed anyway, even though I didn't have a good feeling. We were given a loaner car to go home because he couldn't fix it until the afternoon. The loaner car was absolutely rubbish, full of cans, drink cartons, and smoked cigarettes everywhere (I had to transport my daughter home in it). I'm actually ashamed I didn't say I wouldn't do it at that point, but my MOT was almost over, so I didn't have much choice. I'm adding photos of the car. (The car also had a malfunction; the engine light was orange). After this unpleasant and messy experience, I was allowed to pick up my car again. Happy to get my own car back, I paid and left (I'd gotten the parts that had been replaced). As soon as I drove out of the garage, the engine light in my car started to turn orange. I immediately went back and reported it. The gentleman told me this had already been the case before the MOT, but it wasn't. I had taken photos of my car beforehand because I already had a bad feeling. Still, he was willing to reread it for me, and his colleague quickly fixed a cable under the hood. He said it was his fault after all… This is the last time I'll go to this garage. I'm surprised by the good reviews, or maybe that was just my experience.
