Yesterday, I drove to Emmen from Arnhem. I closed the deal with the salesman, Luca, on a Kia Picanto. His explanation was clear and friendly. It gave us a good feeling. We recently got married, and I found my Kia Proceed too small for the bride because of her dress. I called Virena a bit last minute to tell them, and they simply provided a Kia EV6 for the wedding. Fantastic! I also have my Kia Proceed serviced here, and just like in the situation above, I find them customer-friendly and cooperative, and I give them a big thumbs up.
