I bought a beautiful Volvo C70 in August of this year. I waited to write the review until after the warranty period in case I needed to make a claim. But that wasn't necessary; the Volvo came through the warranty period with flying colors! (Unfortunately, I had a broken window regulator afterward, but that wasn't foreseeable.) Ruud is genuinely interested, and he's not just about selling a car. No smooth talk, just honest! You really deserved the Limburg pie too. If I ever get close again, I'll bring you another one!

I was looking for an honest Mazda MX-5 NC2 or NC3, and with Ruud, I found a neat car, originally delivered in the Netherlands, with a full service history and a Dutch National Car Pass (NAP). Doing business with Ruud is a breath of fresh air! Ruud takes his time and provides extensive information about the car! Once I made the decision, the car underwent a pre-purchase inspection, a service, and a new MOT (periodic roadworthiness test)! I'm thrilled with the car and highly recommend VF Automotive in De Lier!

Hello Ruud, that is right. I came to see a car for sale and did not buy it. There were some things that did not give me the good feeling about it, and you asked me to explain about it. I explained and showed to you what caused me to have this feeling. Halfway through, you interrupted me, said I looked at the wrong things when buying a car, started to explain to me why I was not right and told me several times that you do not need to defend yourself when buying a car. I felt I did not have room to tell you my thoughts and you really did not truly listen to what I said. For that reason, a one star. For my experience (which is just one case out of many good experiences clients have at your store).

We recently bought an Audi A3 at VF Automobielen. Ruud is very friendly, professional, honest and accommodating. The car is in good condition and works perfectly. We are very happy with our decision to buy our first car here!
