I can't comment on the quality of the service/maintenance, but the customer service is anything but friendly. Upon arrival, they claimed, among other things, that I had a dog, while the few hairs were probably left behind after using a rug during a move. I wasn't allowed to explain this in the arrival report and had to sign for it. Otherwise, they wouldn't have accepted the dog. The female employee gave me an extremely unpleasant feeling and clearly didn't leave a business card for this location!

Unfortunately, sometimes it's bad news. A total loss... Schadenet Van Straaten handles larger and more serious damage at this location. They have a large lot near the highway near Wateringse Veld. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee while you wait.

A very professional company. They provided excellent photo reports. They looked very trustworthy. I was treated very professionally and received a nice loaner car. Here are the photos of the damage before and after.
