We felt we were ready for a new car. We love driving Opels but weren't satisfied with Van Mossel Goes, so we looked for a different dealer. We ended up with Jeffrey in Terneuzen. We told him our story honestly, and Jeffrey did his best to earn our trust. Unfortunately, he went on vacation, and the next day we had to deal with his manager, which was another disappointment. Ultimately, it was resolved. We picked up the car from Jeffrey today, and thankfully, it was great again, and we drove home feeling good and happy with our purchase. Thanks again, Jeffrey, and we think you more than deserve the promotion at Van Mossel.

We weren't satisfied with the service in Goes, so we went to Terneuzen. A super friendly salesperson there helped us. He arranged for the car to be delivered from Goes to Terneuzen, where we could also take a test drive. After the test drive, we decided to buy the car. He took care of everything else. It was supposed to take about three or four weeks, but after two weeks, he called to say the Fiat 600e La Primera was spotless and ready to be delivered. When we arrived, he was ready. We received a thorough explanation of everything, and even received a nice gift: a nice perfume for the car, a key ring, a notebook, and a new damage report in a sleeve. Absolutely fantastic. For car transporters: Convenient access and exit through an industrial area, plenty of room to park and unload without disturbing anyone on the roadway. The trucks were accepted quickly and without any problems. Restrooms available. Coffee offered.

Incredibly friendly salesperson. In the summer of 2023, I went to various garages in my usual uniform, where salespeople seemed to "inspect" me first. At Van Mossel Terneuzen, that felt very obvious. Salesperson Jeffry was incredibly friendly, helpful, and direct. He asked me what my requirements were, and what was realistic. After a good experience in February 2024, I went back to Van Mossel, but only with this salesperson for us. I made good and pleasant arrangements with them, and I'm very satisfied! Daphne de Bruijn
