On Monday, I went in for a major service at 60,000 km (€749) for my 2019 Nissan Micra. Including two new front tires and an air conditioning cleaning, I paid a total of €1,300. I thought that was a bit steep, but given Van Mossel's good reputation, I figured you pay a little more for the name. Shortly afterward, the tire pressure warning light came on. I went back on Tuesday and again on Thursday because the problem kept recurring. It turned out to be a faulty tire pressure sensor, for which I had to pay another €70. What I found particularly disappointing was that the employee couldn't explain how this sensor could have failed shortly after replacing the tires, and I had to inquire about it. Initially, the sensor itself was said to be faulty, but later they said it was a dead battery. This inconsistent explanation didn't inspire much confidence. After expressing my dissatisfaction, they offered to only cover the cost of the sensor. When I mentioned that the prices online seemed different and wondered if any damage had been caused by changing the tires, I received no clear response. All in all, I felt like I was being financially ripped off throughout the entire process, partly due to the high costs, multiple visits in a single week, and the lack of transparency. I won't be returning.

My car has been here for over a month, and I still haven't received any payment. I've been told several times that the payment will be in my account by a certain date, but nothing has been proven. When I tell them I'll pick up my car again, I'm told the same thing again: "You'll get your money by x date," which turns out to be completely untrue. Customer service is also unwilling to help; I only hear the same thing every week. Now I'm in trouble because they can't keep their word.
