Good staff with a poor MG product. The day the brand-new unit was released to me, serious warnings and errors immediately surfaced. It's been almost two months now, and the car was still in their garage waiting for parts. The staff were kind enough to lend me an alternative car, but of course, not the one I paid for. ------------------------- UPDATE[20-06-2025] Car update after the repair After a few months of patience, our car was finally repaired. Fortunately, we received excellent help from the dealership manager – his dedication really made the difference. We hope the service continues this good and that the quality of the car is noticeably improved from now on.

Three weeks ago, I bought an MG 4 Electric from Van Mossel in Roosendaal, and I was completely satisfied. After a charging session, the plug wouldn't come out of the car. It unlocked by pulling the emergency cable. The next day, I tried to charge the car again, but the plug wouldn't engage. I contacted Van Mossel in Roosendaal, who put me in touch with Jannick from MG Goes. He helped me via video call. The emergency cable had to be reconnected to be able to charge again. It was fantastic to receive this kind of help. There should be more people like Yannick!

On Saturday, August 16th, we went to the dealership to inquire about an MG4 Luxury Line for my girlfriend, a business purchase. She had a BMW i3 as a trade-in and was seriously interested. We were able to take a test drive right away, which was a positive experience. However, it was a dirty MG4; you could barely see through the windshield, and the windshield washer was empty. During the test drive, the salesperson inspected and photographed the BMW. After the test drive, we sat down with a cup of coffee to discuss the financials. I had to explain the difference between a margin and a VAT car to the salesperson twice. Meanwhile, the BMW had been offered for sale in a 'trade-in pool'. We left with a quote without a trade-in price for the BMW, which we would receive the following Monday because it would take some time. Fine, we understand. It is now Saturday, August 23rd. I haven't heard anything from this dealer. Meanwhile, my girlfriend has ordered a brand-new Megane E from the Renault dealership in Goes. They were motivated to sell a car and close the financial picture. Too bad, MG van Mossel, missed opportunity.

Today I picked up my new MG4 XPower in Goes, fantastic service from Floris and Yannick! A few days after ordering, the car was ready, including a few adjustments. Very happy with the car :)
