Thanks to them, my car is now broken. They opened my car, and that's why they broke my hatch. Just repairing that hatch costs €400, and with the standard repair and the hose, I have to pay a total of €1060.

Brought in a Mercedes Sprinter for a recall. Upon collection, it turned out the van had been tuned. They hadn't asked for anything in advance. Apologies for the inconvenience. I was asked to send the invoice for the retuning. I sent several emails, but never received a response. Yes, emails saying the car needed an MOT. It's not what it used to be. I also test-drove a car that was claimed to be damage-free. The damage report stating that the car was almost totaled was still in the car. This happened about two years ago. The seller was completely unaware of this.
