Excellent service experience with Hyundai dealer Van Mossel Heerenveen. Tineke was very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with my car's lights. It was resolved quickly, professionally, and free of charge, without an appointment. We were offered a cup of coffee and soup while we waited. You couldn't ask for better service.

My electric car malfunctioned. I drove to the dealership, and it stopped working completely. It was closing time. They didn't let me down and got me back on the road right away. From the moment I arrived, the front desk (Tineke) through the workshop was absolutely fantastic. What a dedication and pure focus on solutions! That's what I call customer loyalty 🫶🏻

Incredibly customer-focused and hospitable. They even checked the car and, as an added bonus, took it through the car wash.
