I absolutely do not recommend this wheel center. The service is truly terrible. When we arrived at the reception desk, we asked the employee who could help us order wheels. He called over the owner—or at least someone who clearly looked like the owner. He came in, mumbled something to the employee, and then walked past us with his nose up, as if we weren't people but a closet. The employee explained that the wheel seller had a day off. But it was Thursday—and he could have at least greeted us. And then I really wonder: do people buy wheels here every day that you can behave like this? We come to buy something from you, and you don't even say hello. And if you don't want to sell wheels, take them out of your window. Don't worry, by the way—with service like this, you'll surely be able to afford more days off soon!

At first, it seemed promising: a response to my inquiry within half an hour, stating that a diagnosis was needed. Fine, I understand that. But as soon as I asked when I could come in… complete radio silence. Even after expressing my understanding for the busy schedule, I never heard anything again. If you don't have time or interest, just say so, but completely ignoring someone is no way to work. ********************************* Regarding your comment about someone being ill and therefore not getting a response. ********************************* Of course, someone can be ill, I completely understand that. What I don't understand is that you apparently have time to type a witty reply to my review, but not to simply answer my previous email, which has been waiting for a while. Anyway, I'm glad I'm getting a response this way after all.

What terrible service! They won't even send me my car's maintenance digitally because he's too busy and only keeps it for himself. And they don't fill out the records. It's completely ridiculous. What a horrible company!

Our new Lexus NX 300H was recently fitted with a set of OZ wheels at Van Hugten Mobility-Center. We had excellent contact by phone and email, as well as a very pleasant and friendly welcome. The owner is an enthusiastic person with a very nice company in a very neat location. He is technically very knowledgeable and always willing to offer advice. Once again, the work was carried out extremely professionally and correctly. Since our new car had just been released, Ron van Hugten put together a few things specifically for us. This meant we only needed to choose a wheel design; everything else was taken care of. Excellent service, and we're looking forward to seeing you again, Ron and his team!
