Great service! I was looking for an electric car and stumbled upon Van Eck. The service was friendly. Because of the cold, they even brought the car to The Hague. Unfortunately, the car wasn't what we expected. But that wasn't a problem for Van Eck, as they simply picked it up again after a month and a half. What garage offers such friendly and excellent service these days?! For that reason alone, I would recommend this garage, even though the car didn't work out. Their trust and service are truly excellent!

Bought a nice Kia SUV here for a good price. Friendly service, a fair trade-in price for my old truck (although it had some wear and tear), and even got a bottle of dropshot thrown in. I'm happy!

A great car dealership where I've had nothing but positive experiences. Friendly and helpful, without any pushy sales pitches. If there's anything wrong with the car, you can just drive by and they'll take a look right away. I'm so glad I bought my first car here!

I've rarely encountered a company that has as little respect for its customers' time and money as this car dealership. After a two-hour drive, with high expectations, it turned out that the car we were interested in didn't meet the dealership's guaranteed quality. The first thing we noticed was a constantly lit engine light, a clear sign that the car hadn't been thoroughly inspected before our appointment. Things got worse when we discovered that the gas system was also defective. These are not minor issues that can easily be overlooked during a routine inspection. What made this experience even worse was the dealership's complete lack of any apology or expression of regret. His indifference was appalling and unprofessional. Customer service isn't just about selling products; it also includes showing respect for the customer's time and money. I strongly advise potential buyers to look elsewhere for a more reliable and respectful car dealership. This experience has shown us that this dealership is definitely not that.
