Very nice and professional people. We went to see a car today, but could not buy it for some reasons after 3 hours but we felt nice with the way they handle. We will definitely buy our next car from them.

Refused to help me with a clutch problem which could have been solved within 10 minutes, despite mechanics just watching the time passing by. If I like, I could come back after 1 month. I decided to drive to a friend mechanic in the north of The Netherlands, a 250km drive, as I need my car for worj.And he did finish it within 10 minutes. Probably the quality of work in this garage is great, but their eye for customers and friendliness absolutely not. And therefore I will never ever use this company again. I was there almost 1.5 hour before closing time, just after 4, and noone took a look at my car. Noone came within 50 meters of it. If it was a huge repair, I would have totally understand that I would not be the first in line, but this would have taken less than 10 minutes. It is called service, or being customer friendly.
