We bought a new company vehicle there that was delivered late due to problems at the importer. What did the reception arrange? We were given another, almost brand-new van to take home temporarily. We were back on the road. After two weeks, the correct van was delivered: everything was in perfect order. Interior fittings, tool benches, vice, tow bar. Everything was right. Extra: two floor mats. For the "inconvenience," which I didn't experience as such, by the way. My grandchildren got two caps, and I got an excellent espresso. TOP company!!!

Completely inaccurate. I bought a Fuso van from them. Before I paid, we called Jan, and during the conversation, he told us it was in excellent condition and agreed to pay for it. We agreed he would give us transit numbers for 14 days and fill the tank with fuel. So far, so good. He asked for €8,500—€7,000 with the invoice and €1,500 in cash if he was still alive to spend it. So far, so good. On the agreed-upon date, my friend picked up the van from them; he knew about the arrangement with Jan. When I started it, the gearbox didn't work properly; it stalled between second and third gear, and the van jerked. The tank wasn't full of fuel. After five days, I picked up the van from my friend, and he told me about the problem with the speeds. I hoped it had been purchased from a dealership that serviced similar cars, and when I was told everything was fine with the bus, I assumed it wasn't a major problem (I'm not a car dealer). When I left the Netherlands for Bulgaria, I was stopped three times at the border, and when I handed in my documents to the police, they told me the numbers on the bus had expired. I explained that the bus numbers were valid for 14 days; they wanted to confiscate my bus and called me a criminal. Threatened with arrest, confiscation of my driver's license, and confiscation of the bus, I parted with €500. With so many ups and downs, I returned to my home country and breathed a sigh of relief until I took the bus to an authorized Mitsubishi Fuso service center. They said the bus's box needed serious repairs and would cost €2,880. That was my experience with this company, and more specifically with Jan. Therefore, I'm warning anyone who has visited them to pay attention to what I've written, so that no more of their customers are misled. Thanks for reading to the end. I'm going to investigate my consumer rights and contact the relevant authorities in the Netherlands.
