After three years, I took my car back to the garage that had maintained it all year. For very little money, they fixed the annoying noise it was making in the left rear. Great service from these professionals. The car will have its upcoming inspection(s) and any maintenance done here again.

It's funny how all these positive reviews suddenly seem. Because if you look elsewhere and on their Facebook page, you often see different opinions. I've been to them several times for the same problems. First, they denied a leak, then it turned out to be there after the dealership had noted several issues. They said the heater wasn't a problem either, and the air conditioning was fine. The next time, it was like, "Oh, the air conditioning worked during the inspection, but then it leaked." Oh, there was a leak, we fixed it. You guessed it, not long after, it still wasn't working. Eventually, through the dispute committee, I had an expert look at it, who also indicated that the air conditioning and heating were broken. And that's how more came to light. I won the case and got a substantial refund, which they initially refused to pay. Bovag insurance had to get involved. When I bought the car, the man put a trade-in on the contract and then added the amount we'd agreed on for his car. When I had to sign, the focus was on that. I hadn't noticed my car was listed. In other words, he received my car for free. It was absolutely disgusting. Even my name was wrong on the contract, so you could have seen from that that it hadn't been read properly. This was my own fault; I was distracted by my daughter who was with me. They took advantage of that in a very nasty way. I lost the case, because I had signed the contract. But it does show how this man operates. So think carefully about buying a car here! Unfortunately, a month after the warranty expired, I discovered a leak in the trunk. I have two closed compartments in the trunk that I hardly ever use, and when I did go in, the cords I'd stored in them were moldy and wet. Otherwise, I could have taken this point to the dispute resolution committee. Verbal agreements are also not being honored. Record everything that's promised to you! Because everything is vehemently denied.

Very satisfied. Bought a Toyota Avensis from Vakgarage Verlaan at the beginning of this year. It still drives perfectly. Recently, the battery stopped working. It was just outside the warranty. Despite this, I was able to have the battery replaced near me and was reimbursed for 50% of the invoice. Excellent. Kees

I've been buying cars from Teunis for many years. Recently, I was hit by an unknown vehicle, damaging the rear bumper and exhaust. While we're waiting to see how things go with the insurance, it's being temporarily repaired on-site so we can continue driving. Great, thanks!

Meerdere garages in de buurt gebeld voor een aankoopkeuring, maar geen van allen konden mij helpen wegens de drukte. Garage Verlaan wilde toch een plekje voor me vrijmaken. Ik ben vriendelijk te woord gestaan en geholpen. Door hen heb ik nu een leuke, nieuwe auto. Heel erg fijn!
