Unreliable! Once you've paid, they don't honor their agreements! It's a shame you had to select a 2-star rating; it's not worth it! My advice: buy a car anywhere except from these idiots and amateurs!

Bought a used car from father and son in Zantvliet for the first time. Great service and friendly service with a delicious cup of coffee. Despite it being an older car, we received excellent service and a free major service and 12-month warranty. We are full of praise and will definitely buy our next car from father and son. We recommend them. GREAT SERVICE!!!!

The service was fantastic!!! Because I recently bought the car from Zantvliet, my tire suddenly got flat and couldn't be repaired, they put two new tires on it as a goodwill gesture. They absolutely didn't need to do that; I find it very kind and I'm thrilled with it!!! Talk about service :)

What fantastic service! I recently bought a 2009 car here and picked it up after two weeks so it could be fully checked. I was given a loaner car in the meantime. It turned out quite a bit of work had been done on the car, which I received on paper. When I got home to Rotterdam, I heard a strange noise. I called Rick and was able to come back. It turned out there was something wrong with the steering rack, and they still had a lot of work to do on it, but everything was resolved efficiently, and it drives like a dream now! They even mailed a package I'd forgotten in the loaner car. Despite the distance, I would definitely buy a car here again!

Unfortunately, scammers. I bought a car, and the defects I discovered after a test drive were supposed to be fixed before purchase. The car had to be returned four times to fix at least the most serious issues. This was since I bought it in October 2022. Even so, the timing belt hadn't been replaced! Only a V-belt had been replaced. The air conditioning hose was loose in the engine compartment. The air filter intake was torn and loose in the engine compartment. The air conditioning indicator light on the dashboard wasn't working and wasn't fixed. They simply didn't want to. The misalignment wasn't fixed either. The only thing they did was install two new front brake discs, because they were completely worn out. And that also cost me three requests. I had all the other defects fixed by another garage (at my own expense), because they're just not making any progress at Zantvliet anymore, with excuses and hassle. That's enough for me. But… Recently, I finally had my car aligned at a different garage because Zantvliet refused to address the remaining complaints. This other garage immediately noticed that the entire car was skewed. It turned out that different control arms from other Mitsubishi Outlander models were installed at the rear. The car was skewed, and even on summer tires, it didn't drive at all, bouncing from side to side. With the winter tires when I bought it, this wasn't so noticeable because the tire pressure had been deflated, and the car drove more or less comfortably, apart from a slight skew. But back at Garage Thijs van Zantvliet in Velsenoord these days, when confronted with the fact that the control arms differed, Thijs van Zantvliet: 1. didn't believe it. and 2. wouldn't even look at the different heights of the control arms. They were willing to align the car at my expense, but absolutely refused to replace any control arms. EVEN NOT UNDER THE @-YEAR BOVAG warranty I had. But it turns out to be worthless at Garage Van Zantvliet.
