I drove by this morning because of a squeaking noise from my suspension. The service was immediate and very friendly, and it was excellent service. A big thumbs up for this great garage.

We always brought our car here in the past because we thought it would be reliable. It was supposed to have a major service and an MOT in December. As far as I know, the major service wasn't fully completed. Two months after the service, I had to top up the oil myself because it was bone dry. The windshield was empty, and the key battery should have been replaced, but it was also empty, even though all this was stated on the receipt, which I paid for. They had failed the MOT on the seatbelts because the plastic cover had come loose. They expertly fixed this by using duct tape, which passed the MOT. They didn't even check the wiper blades because they were completely worn out, but that's still a major issue for the MOT! They said the brake discs were still good for 20,000 km, but after 1,000 km the brake caliper was seized, and the brake discs and brake pads were worn out. We'd called them beforehand to see if they could fix it, but they were bluntly told we wouldn't have room for another month. Because of this, we went to a different garage and wondered if this one was even a garage.

Called to find the price for a replacement mirror part - this dealership insisted they couldnt give a price without us first taking the vehicle in for them to see, even though we know exactly which part we need. This is poor service and doesnt show any consideration for my time as a customer - why cant you just give a price if we know the part that we need? 3 other dealerships have given us a quote without any hassle. What a waste of time.
