Bad experiences with not honoring bovag warranties. They do not honor bovag warranty on key fobs, even though emailing bovag directly said that key fobs are included under warranty. Purchased a car that they gave APK/MOT and immediately had a broken headlight that again they would not fix under Bovag warranty. Had a flashing check engine light so used the roadside help they sold with the car, but were not willing to pay for any of the needed repairs even though the car was under bovag warranty.
