If the car I was interested in had been photographed and described more accurately, I wouldn't have stopped by. It turned out to be smoke-ridden and worn out. The glove compartment cover was missing, and there was a chip in the windshield near the steering wheel. This wasn't photographed. The manager only arrived after I called. I had to wait twice for 10-15 minutes. The woman and mechanic behind the counter were very friendly, though.

My Tesla was getting its MOT done. It took an hour, and I waited. The seating area was great and the coffee was excellent. The staff was friendly, too. My only disappointment was finding a dirty handprint in the interior afterward. The mechanics also don't use covers. That could definitely be improved.

After a long search, I finally found a used car from this company that met my needs. I contacted them several times by email about the trade-in of my current car and the selling price of the used car. We then reached an agreement on the purchase price. I immediately indicated that I'd like to come and see the car and take it for a test drive. Half a day later, I received an email saying they'd sold the car. So, ultimately, an agreement with this company was worthless. A disappointing experience.
