I made an appointment to have my automatic transmission flushed, after which the car shifted like new! I arrived early, but this meant I received a detailed explanation of how the process worked. All in all, a very pleasant garage to go to. Highly recommended.

On our way to Italy in the campervan, just before Venlo, we discovered that the air conditioning wasn't cooling enough at 32 degrees Celsius. We called Henk, and he said we could come over right away. After an hour, the air was lovely and cool again. Well done, Henk!

Unfortunately, I had a very bad experience with this garage, especially with Henk himself. Unfriendly, hasty, domineering character who knows everything and won't let you talk if you have a different opinion. At another garage, it turned out that his "diagnosis" was indeed incorrect. Well...

During our vacation near Venlo, a brake fluid leak occurred, creating a dangerous situation. After a temporary repair by the ANWB (Royal Dutch Touring Club), we were able to reach Martens Garage. Parts were ordered immediately, and the repair was carried out the next day, despite the holiday rush. No "expensive reception," but friendly, skilled staff who took immediate action and saved our vacation at a very reasonable price.
