I made an appointment and received a quote in advance. When I returned my car, I was given a loaner (costing €30 per day, excluding fuel). There was a nice, clean coffee corner with plenty of options and a refrigerator with free cold drinks. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the car wasn't ready at the agreed-upon time. I picked up the car later that day. I didn't have to pay anything for the loaner car, and the bill was the same as the quote! Very satisfied!

A friendly welcome, coffee ready, and while you're browsing the morning paper, the work on your car is being carried out. Before you know it, you're back in the car on your way home. Upon departure, you'll receive a small gift in the form of a roll of mints.
