The dealer simply ignores the emails I sent most of the time. Not recommended. And sometimes I have to request several times till I can get what I need even with phone calls

I’m absolutely disappointed:( Went there for a regular maintenance and for repair 2 other problem . They made the maintenance well . But the two other things not . / I was accurately pointing on these problems as it was important for me to solve . I think they don’t even check it . I told them that I hear a humming noise from the front wheel while I’m driving over 110km/ h. They called me back that the origin of the noise is a missing plastic cover . / of course not / On the working sheet they marked it as problem restored . But how they know it if they didn’t drive the car to check if it’s solved or not ?!?? If they . If you do I mean drive the car can’t say that you fixed it … Same with the front bumper . When I asked for an appointment a mechanic came out to check it . The bumper doesn’t fit perfect there is a gap In between. They approved they can reposition the bumper . Even at morning when they pick up the work repeat that I was asking for this repair . Of course nothing happend with the bumper . On a worksheet said again, restored. They made several things but nothing with failures :D …nonsense /Form the humming noise I can’t take a photo :D / Ps. Fun fact with the previous feedback. They also recommend me to clean the airco system:D

A good accessible position, although the service is quite unpredictable. Got very confusing info and price calculation when setting my appointment, and ended up not needing the advised procedure. Called me last minute to inform me the temporary replacement car wasn't available for the procedure as well
