Recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai E-Power of one year and 3 months from this company. The test drive and the agreement went well, but after delivery, the trouble began: the car hadn't been properly cleaned (the leather was still on the inside of the window), drops from the wet cloth used to clean the dashboard had dried on the dashboard, and the floor mats hadn't been vacuumed properly. The fuel tank was also supposedly full, but that could have used a few more liters. The previous owner's details were still in the car's digital system. During the test drive, a number of things weren't immediately apparent that came to light after I took possession of the car. The fuel consumption figures were considerably higher than the manufacturer's stated figure, there was a lot of knocking and vibration from the floor (as if the car literally transmits every pothole or bump in the road), a radio that no longer started or responded, rattling in the glove compartment, seat heating that regularly didn't respond, you could hear the audio from the left, then the right, a parcel shelf that didn't retract properly when you opened the trunk, and a huge amount of condensation in the LED light strips at the front. After I had already... When I reported these complaints, it quickly became clear to me that getting them repaired wouldn't be easy. The staff reacted very indifferently, and some complaints were handled very casually. The rattling glove compartment was dismissed as "we couldn't find anything," as was the report of all the imperfections from the floor. These were, of course, very simple platitudes. The LED strips full of moisture were also simply called "acceptable." Furthermore, I was told that some things could be solved with updates. But those were four-hour updates each, and two were needed. A new appointment wasn't scheduled, not even when I requested one. In short: a lot of money spent on a lot of frustration! So think carefully before doing business with this company; you literally won't be taken seriously. I can still hear the rattling in the glove compartment when I drive on the cobblestone road in our village, I still feel every little vibration and imperfection from the floor, and my parcel shelf is still not easily noticeable. It's back in its place, the updates haven't been performed, I had to restore the system myself to finally get it working without any information from the previous owner, and the LED strips on the front are still a nuisance and full of moisture and condensation! And that's for a car that's just over a year old with a hefty purchase price. So it was easy money and nothing in return if there are complaints. The problem is that you can trade it in for another car, but the Nissan comes from the same ranks as a Renault, Mitsubishi, or Dacia. That makes absolutely no sense given the trust in this car and the company. I was able to test drive a Mercedes to try and get something of value back, but that too was a fiasco because that car also had a lot of vibrations and noise and a throttle that didn't respond well, and that was for a 2024 Mercedes A180 with 10,000 km! So now I'm left desperate and need to think about what to do next.

I went there, first being sent from pillar to post several times, then the clutch was fixed with T-bars, which was quite unusual. I only discovered it when the T-bars broke. They put in a new pedal, though it was under warranty. Within three months, the clutch broke again. This while I'm a business driver and have been waiting for months for them to call me back about a different car and an automatic, but they haven't called back even once, not even after I've been there several times and even waited an hour. The salesperson couldn't answer my questions and said I had to ask, so I'll get back to them, but that never happened!

We've been driving our Renault Symbioz for three weeks now. It's a fantastic car, and the service at Terwolde was fantastic. The staff (Warner) were very friendly. We were without a car for a few days before the new one arrived, but they resolved it perfectly. We've had different experiences before.

Een paar week geleden hier mijn auto ingeruild voor een Renault Clio. Zeer te spreken over hoe het hele proces van proefrit, verkoop tot aflevering is gegaan. Na een paar week nog even voor een klein garantie dingetje terug geweest maar ook dit top geregeld, ik kon de auto de volgende dag al direct langs brengen en het is meteen opgelost. Goeie service en vriendelijk personeel! Kortom 5 sterren waard!

Hoezo de merkdealer is te duur; Je krijgt zekerheid bij Terwolde, en dat voor een absoluut redelijke prijs. Ik ben spontaan komen binnen lopen, werd door Max de Vleeschouwer geholpen naar volle tevredenheid. Kreeg een goed inruilvoorstel (en lekkere koffie) en na een proefrit de week daarop, getekend voor een mooie gebruikte Clio. Vijf sterren voor de service!
