I went here from Zwolle because of the good reviews, but unfortunately, I returned disappointed. Only later did I see that the Hoofddorp location had several reviews with similar experiences, which unfortunately, I didn't know at the time. 1. Price Communication Amounts are communicated excluding VAT. Verbally, €803 was quoted for two control arms, after which I received an invoice for €971.63. They stated that they always communicate prices excluding VAT. After I refused (this is legally prohibited for consumers), I ultimately paid €803. 2. Incorrect Mileage Reported to the RDW An incorrect mileage reading was provided to the RDW during the vehicle inspection: over 20,000 km too low. How this could have happened is beyond me. 3. Unclear Invoice Specification The invoice only states "front control arms," without further specification. This makes it unclear which parts were replaced (left, right, or both) and also makes the price impossible to verify. Conclusion: a shady business. I recommend reading about similar experiences from others at the Hoofddorp location before making an appointment.

Very satisfied with the repair and service. Could get an appointment right away, was even lucky enough to get a loaner car. After fixing my bumper, they also polished the car beautifully. This company is highly recommended, honest team and deliver super and fast work!
