Beware of this garage. Our car was brought in for repairs and we received it back with a broken onboard computer. TService does not take responsibility and refuses to repair it. Damages amounted to €2000, repaired by professional Tesla mechanics elsewhere.

They did a great job installing several accessories on my Tesla Model 3, even on short notice. While not everything was perfect on the first try, they took full ownership and fixed the issues quickly and professionally. Communication throughout the process was clear and responsive. I’d definitely recommend them to any Tesla owner looking for a reliable specialist!

Don’t expect this service to live up to the glowing reviews. Here’s what you need to be aware of: - Don’t let them start an investigation without first providing an estimate (at least for the investigation effort), or you may end up with a significantly high base cost. - Don’t expect to be informed when the work or costs escalate—you might only find out once it’s too late. - Don’t expect to have the option of declining their repair offer after the investigation—they’ll insist you pay the high repair price if you want your car back. - Don’t expect them to respect your requested timeline for getting your car back. - Be aware that their communicated estimates exclude BTW, even if you’re an individual. - Be aware that delays caused by unavailable parts don’t mean those parts are ultimately required, but you’ll still pay for them. - Be aware that identifying a problem after hours of investigation doesn’t guarantee the root cause will actually be resolved. - Don’t expect the fixes they promise to be completed as explained. - Don’t expect their terms and conditions to align with Consumer Protection Laws. - Don’t expect a refund if the problem isn’t resolved, even after multiple visits. - Don’t expect the manager to be available to address your concerns or find a solution. - Be aware that official Tesla Service works 8.7 times faster and 2.7 times cheaper. But here’s what you can expect: - Fancy promises that never materialise.
