Recently bought a Mercedes from him. The radio had a broken screen. We agreed that I'll pay the advertised price, and he will change the radio with a similar one. I paid him in full. It took him longer than 3 weeks to get another radio. I went there and it took him more than 2 hours to replace it, only to find out that it's faulty. He refused to replace it and let me go with an unusable radio or navigation. I reminded him he should care about "customer satisfaction" he didn't care. He even told me that I will have to pay if I insist on changing the other radio. For our other car, I asked him for the price he would charge us for replacing something in the car, the price he gave me was 140 euros higher than anyone else I asked.
