I went here because of curb damage to my rim and the paintless dent removal I was getting for my car. Unfortunately, Gerard doesn't keep appointments/returns calls, and he's unreachable by phone. I've tried calling him many times, but the line is always busy. It turns out he's blocked my number; when my wife calls, it rings... pathetic little man! He's probably incredibly busy with other jobs (which I can't imagine when you don't keep your appointments). In short, a lousy garage.

For three months, I tried to contact this company by phone and WhatsApp to have damage to my car repaired. I sent them overview photos and repeatedly asked for a quote, but there was no contact whatsoever. The messages did arrive, and the phone rang, so I have no idea what was wrong.

I once had a broken spring on my Mercedes. The service was excellent. They took care of everything for me, and the price was reasonable, which put a smile on my face. Since they're experts in car paint, I'd bought a fairly new used car and knew there was a white scratch on my door. The car is metallic gray. It bothered me so much that I called to ask if they could look at it and remove it. I was able to come by, and it's just like Hans Kazan. It was polished out in a flash. Excellent workmanship...and the friendliness and reasonable prices. I can honestly say...if your car is valuable to you and you think it should be professionally repaired, go to this company. They're skilled professionals who know what they're doing. Thanks.

Gerard has been fantastic in helping me with difficult damage. The results are always excellent and the turnaround time is fast. So whatever your car damage, I always recommend Spot Repair Expert!
