They just want the job, otherwise they refuse. Response: Don't be silly. I spoke to you this afternoon. You refuse to provide an estimate if you're not allowed to fix the damage. Then I offer extra money for removing the bumper, but you refuse to cooperate. You only provide a superficial estimate. In other words: they happily overlook damage and pay for it themselves if you get an estimate here. They only do a thorough investigation if they get the job. I advise people to stay away from here...
