Last year, my car was repaired here because it was covered by my insurance. Parts arrived. Ready next week. No answer. Parts missing. Ultimately, the bumper was glued, not replaced. Back after it came loose again. Fixed. Done. Now my wife scratched the same front bumper. A mechanic at Welcoll comes along. He immediately asks, "Has this ever been damaged?" Your headlight is pushed back. This and that is crooked. That's why you have an uneven gap at your front bumper. Well, fantastic! I was already gaslighting myself that it was probably normal after going back twice. Nah, I'll just go back to Welcoll next time.

Very satisfied with this company. Everything was repaired neatly and professionally, and as an added bonus, the car was also thoroughly cleaned. The car looked perfect again upon pickup. Good communication and clear service. Absolutely recommended!

Recently (3/2023) I went to Koenen DamageNet to have some damage repaired. I can only praise the repairs and restoration. Clear agreements, the car was ready within the agreed-upon time! And I had a loaner car available during the repair period (I think it depends on your insurance). The repair involved removing dents and painting the door sill/frame. A new right-hand door (painted to match the color). And a scratch on the rear door! It's better not to damage your vehicle or cause damage elsewhere! But if you do happen to encounter it unexpectedly, I can definitely recommend Koenen!
