My car was damaged by a break-in. I called Schadenet van Gelder and was able to come right away. They installed an emergency window and even cleaned the entire car. A few weeks later, I brought them in to have the rest repaired. Everything was done perfectly, and the whole car was cleaned again, which is quite a job with my car. Besides all that, the staff at the counter were very friendly, a woman and a gentleman. Thanks for the great care.

Damage is never fun... I'm very satisfied with the repair, the clear and friendly communication, the loaner car, and the entire process with the insurer(s) handled by Schadenet. And all this despite the fact that it was quite complex: an EV (iD4) with damage to the bodywork, wheel bearing, and driveshaft. Excellent service, thanks for that.

I received excellent service from Schadenet Gelder Nijmegen. Within 10 minutes, they performed an emergency repair so I could get back on the road safely, allowing me to have it repaired closer to home. Besides being able to see me right away and receiving incredibly friendly service, they considered it a service and didn't want to charge for it. A top-notch company in my opinion.
