Added an update after the company's response; their reaction only makes matters worse. 😱 Not only rude and absolutely unfriendly to customers, but they also fail to honor agreements and even lie!! Worthless!!! I had my car "repaired" here, but it came back with other damage. I spoke to the owner immediately, and he said he would fix it. Then, a month and a half later, I brought the car back to have it repaired under warranty. A day later, he called and said, "We're not going to do anything about it anyway." I had to pay for a rental car for three days, but I received no compensation or goodwill, and the additional damage is still on my car. 😠I'll never come here again!! Update after Sluyter's response: Unfortunately, you're painting a false picture and even lying. When you accepted the job, your employee already said the bumper had to be removed. You then stated that the bumper was already quite fragile. Then, I received the bumper back with significant damage (no scratches!!) that wasn't there when I brought the car in!! I received the car from you in the dark; I didn't have a chance to inspect the work. I didn't even tell you it was okay, because we didn't even go around the car. I only got the keys because you were already having drinks! I looked at it with a flashlight at home and was quite shocked. Then I called you immediately, within 10 minutes of leaving! On Monday, we looked at it together in daylight, and you agreed it was "fresh" and couldn't rule out whether it had happened to you or not! We didn't determine at all that it was other damage! You then said, "Come back because I want to deliver it properly." Why would you do that if you had indicated it was other damage? Exactly, you're lying! Now, two months later, I bring the car back, with the damage as we both assessed and agreed it would be fixed, and there's (still) nothing wrong. The second day the car is with you (so nothing was done on the first day), you suddenly call to say it's too much work and that you don't want to repair it after all. You were impossible to talk to because you were too busy with other cars. You also explained all the extra costs I'd incurred and what I thought about them, but nothing was possible and you refused to cooperate in finding a solution. Only now that I'm sharing my experience have you, for show, indicated you're willing to find a solution. Why not yesterday? Yesterday you had the opportunity to propose a solution, and now I have to come in? I specifically took two days off to have my car repaired, which you didn't do. I'm back at work now. If you'd like to propose a suitable solution, you know where to find me!

Very customer-friendly and true craftsmanship. We had several serious dents (due to vandalism) repaired in an aluminum hood, which is anything but easy. They clearly explained beforehand what was feasible, but the result is fantastic. The hood is completely dent-free. This is old-fashioned thinking and clear craftsmanship. Absolutely recommended.
