Some time ago I gave my car here for an oil change. Unfortunately, everything that could go wrong did. After changing the oil, I noticed that the oil had been overfilled. It was well above the MAX mark on the dipstick. The entire engine was also covered in oil and greasy, APK noted that I had an oil leak, but I know that my car does not have an oil leak, and it was covered in oil in this facility because it was dry before and the oil level on the dipstick never changed. They didn't even bother to clean it. However, I ignored it, I only said that I would never go there again. Everything changed when I wanted to change the oil again. It turned out that they did not know how to screw in the oil drain plug correctly, the thread in the oil pan was destroyed! They simply did not know how to hit the old thread and screw it in lightly and calmly. The steel plug was screwed into the aluminum oil pan by force in a different position than it should be, which is why it was destroyed. When I unscrewed the oil drain plug, the thread fell off during unscrewing and the unscrewing itself was quite difficult, you had to use some force, which shouldn't be like that. I screwed it back on and unfortunately new oil leaked through the leaky thread. As a result, a lot of problems and stress, in addition to the need to replace the oil pan or rethread which means high costs! I would never have guessed that changing the oil could cause any problems. Meanwhile, here everything that can be done wrong was done wrong. If they can't change the oil how can they do more complicated repairs?! High opinions seem suspicious. I definitely do not recommend.
