Warm welcome, very open to discussion. They know the Porsche models they sell perfectly and can meet customer expectations. The team, especially Mr. Laurens, is friendly and available, always ready to find solutions without hesitation. Moreover, the atmosphere is professional. I absolutely do not recommend this garage. We bought a car there in April 2022 and had nothing but problems from day one. A small repair was then made but for all the problems that followed, we had no proposal even though the car was under warranty. After a visit to a Mercedes garage, they found that the car had been damaged in an accident and had not been professionnally repaired and that we could no longer drive it because it was dangerous. So we didn't even drive the car 300 km. Despite several attempts to contact the people in charge at Ros automotive, either by e-mail or post, we have yet to hear back from them, which is totally unprofessional.
