I have no idea how anyone dares to write a positive review about this car company. First of all, the very arrogant jerk who spoke to me. Absolutely no friendliness. Then there was no test drive. "Just see if you like it first"—a good company, but not really. I would definitely not recommend this. This was just a first impression.

We were delighted to buy a well-priced used car from RM Westland Autos. Remco was very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. So, we didn't cross the country for nothing!

Unfortunately, the communication was very disappointing. Every time we asked about the car's condition, we were treated with condescension, as if there was no need to ask because it was "just a normal used car" and not a Mercedes. When we discovered a problem with the brakes, the response was unprofessional and we received the same answer. Even though the car costs less than €10,000—or even €1,000—it's still a significant amount of money that I work hard for and that I need to be able to trust. No one deserves to be treated this way for simply asking questions about the car they're buying.

Great shop, and friendly owner. (Fiat 500 from 2011, bought here.) Because I lived 250km away and had appointments and had to go home, I couldn't wait for a garage in the Westland to check it out before buying. However, when I got home after the major service at the garage (two weeks later), it turned out the wiring was incorrectly installed and already scorched together. So I was lucky the car didn't catch fire. The garage also told me the car had long-overdue maintenance, even though I bought it knowing it had been dealer-maintained. That wasn't true. Panels had also been repainted, so the car had already taken a serious hit. When we bought it, we noticed a gap in the dashboard on the driver's side near the airbag. We called a Fiat expert about it, and they told us it was due to the extreme heat that day, and that it wouldn't be an issue in normal weather. However, the gap in the dashboard is still there today... and it's not going away. So, our tip: check your car with an independent garage before buying! This prevents surprises and expensive bills (on top of a car that already cost 6,000 euros).
