They were really not nice. I rented a bus from there, and it broke down after half an hour. After that, I called them and they said they would help me and I would solve the problem myself. Then it went off again and wouldn't turn on again. I called them again, but no one answered. I paid 85 euros for a garage, and after I went to the garage, it broke down again. The next day, the owner of the bus picked it up. He then called me and said the bus was fixed. I picked it up again, but then it broke down again. Then I brought the bus back to them the next day, and he came today and said I have to pay for five days.

Right Rent should be called WRONG RENT. I used it once and will never repeat. The customer "service" is incredibly bad. I called the company to inform myself about the conditions/costs of renting a van and made a reservation based on this information, which coincided with the one on the website. When I arrived to pick up my van I was very surprised with the fact that all prices previsouly agreed were increased (we were also told then that all the prices described in the website are wrong since the website hasn't been updated for years... ridiculous!), for example, the own risk was 450 euros instead of 300. I complained and were assisted by the manager, called Frank, who was extremely rude, condescendent and very unprofessional. The service was generally slow, uncorrect and all the info unprecise. I have dealt with many rental companies in the past and this was by far the worse!

Oh dear, it has been 3 years now & I have yet to leave a good review here? Lets fix that today, because RightRent deserves another 5 star review! RightRent provides an exceptional rental service. They have a straight forward rental policy, no bait and switch, clear and easy return process, and no surprise bills (unless you are sneaky like me on my first rental, having driven only a short distance without topping off the fuel tank on return, but that was my fault for thinking the needle still pointing to a full tank was enough, so yes, fill it up full or they will catch you and bill you for it! :) I too also rent a small EV van on Snappcar, but when someone needs a bigger van or more driving range, I always refer them to RightRent. I have rented maybe 4 times with them over the 3 years living in Hoorn, and all rentals have been good experiences. So yes, I am a happy customer who keeps coming back and will keep referring them to others. Expat friendly too! Kudos to the sales team at RightRent, and keep up the superb work!
