Last week, we went out for the first time with our Hobby Premium 560UL 2019 from Ridderman Autos. We bought it with a drive-away price. At the campsite, the leveling system turned out to be faulty. When I got home, I immediately called Richard to report it. I thought he'd say no warranty, hence the discount, but no, Richard from Ridderman Autos immediately said to have it checked by a specialist, because I sold it as good, and this is a defect that shouldn't be allowed. I had it checked and repaired at Alko in Nieuw Vennep, close to us and also a top-notch company. A new cylinder had to be installed; it was bent and leaking, and it needed an overhaul. It turned out to be a cylinder that had been defective for a long time, so Richard Ridderman obviously couldn't have known this. The previous owner had kept this secret. Ridderman Auto resolved this excellently out of goodwill, and we thank them for that. It was an expensive repair. Richard, thank you for your prompt, professional, and solution-oriented handling of our caravan. This just goes to show that you should buy from a reputable company and read the reviews first. Ridderman Auto's is a top-notch company. I highly recommend this company.

I had such a wonderful experience with Richard! He responded quickly, thoroughly, and honestly to questions. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to buy a car from Ridderman Auto in the end because we couldn't come and see it until a week later, and the car had already been sold. This was also clearly communicated beforehand. Thanks, and perhaps we'll see you again in the future!

Today I've been driving the car supplied by Ridderman for exactly one week. When I asked, "Do you like it?" the answer was "yes"! I found this car online. I called and made an appointment. The car was ready for a test drive. Green license plates, spotlessly clean inside. Then coffee. Excellent coffee! Richard knows a tremendous amount about cars, about the mechanics. The car can be serviced by them. Great! The MOT still required a few adjustments. That's Ridderman's expense! But they didn't skimp on anything. Great! Recommend this company? Yes!
