Update: It turned out to be a miscommunication. I received a call the day after my review to say something had gone wrong with the communication. I didn't clearly specify the model, which caused the problem. The scooter will be picked up for repairs on Saturday! I bought an electric mobility scooter here. Now the tire needs to be replaced, and they're unwilling to do that. The service at the time of purchase was excellent, but once the warranty is apparently extended, they're unwilling to repair the item they sold. I'm being referred to the dealer without providing any further information. Very disappointing.

Incredibly nice people. Top-notch service, genuine interest, and compassion after my daughter had a scooter accident. I ordered a new scooter from them again. Nothing but praise for this business!!!!!! A solid 10+!!

Rented two scooters from Remijn today; the people were super friendly and helpful! They gave us a good explanation of the scooters and directions. The scooters were practically new and fuel-efficient. We had a wonderful day; the directions provided gave us a nice ride along the coastal towns. Definitely worth it!

If you want to buy a retro, it's the place 2b!! But for spare parts I rather go to another place.
