They charged €53 for a battery replacement for a 5-minute job. Moreover, they made a mistake with the invoice twice. Fortunately, I was on my guard and got my money back. I'll never come back here! I want to respond to the owner's response, and this is the last thing I'll say about it: This is irrelevant. The customer only sees the name Radrema and can't distinguish between them. Therefore, I consider Radrema responsible and will leave the review up. Future customers may experience the same thing; your explanation doesn't change that.

Unfortunately, a strange approach when interested in a car for sale. We went to see the car on Saturday and later made an appointment for a test drive. Upon arrival, it turns out they're only interested in whether the potential trade-in car would be worth "enough." No mention of selling the new car or any other information at all. A very strange course of action, because our interest is in buying a new car, but their only interest is apparently how much they can earn.

I had a very good experience buying my new car. I received excellent service and clear answers to my questions. A few days after purchasing, a light bulb broke. I immediately scheduled an appointment, and it was repaired without any problems. Conclusion: a satisfied customer who is thrilled with his new car!
