On vacation and had a puncture and need a new tyre. Profile's website says the Hilversum branch is open on Saturday; but it is not (Google details were correct). A wasted drive to try to get a new tyre.

My first visit there. They insisted that i don't need to help them lifting my wheels out and in from my car. So, i got exactly the result i was afraid of, a dirty trim inside. Luckily i was able to wash it off with some brake cleaner spray. I was hoping they would have some plastic bags for the wheels to sell, but they don't, strange. But the reception and the specialist were very friendly and in a good mood.

Very efficient. Could wait at the garage while car was being checked. Good service, no pressure to have any repairs done. Will visit again.

I can't help but feeling somewhat ripped off by this place, I had my tyres checked and the mechanic said there was no need to replace my tyres (the needed to special order the tyres) as I told the manager that I would like to simply buy the new tyres, he wanted to see my car and implied that my tyres were hardened, and therefore needed to be replaced. I am no expert, nor do I claim to be a expert, but this felt somewhat shady...

Nice shop, friendly staff. Decent reception with good seating and not half bad coffee :) Only go there for tire changes twice a year because of lease car, but never disappoints.
