Could you please... -Not proactively informing the customer about possible future replacements or areas for improvement; -Inadequate scheduling and planning: The male secretary (K) in question was supposed to reschedule an existing appointment, but despite his phone agreement, this didn't happen. No apology. Result: extra time lost and frustration; -The car was not repaired according to the quote. No muffler was replaced. It was only lubricated, without prior agreement, purely for the inspection. Replacement of the entire muffler did not take place; -Just in front of the rear axle, the condition of both sills is serious, open, rusty, and should have been repaired, as they should never have been approved. These sills should be no more than two-thirds rusty. On both sides, the rust was more than two-thirds. The RDW (Netherlands Vehicle Authority) has since been notified. Inquiries have shown, and the RDW confirms, that Profile Tyre Heerenveen's practices are not unique; This unfair and unlawful commercial practice is being used at several locations; -Furthermore, the shock absorbers and suspension are so rusty that they could burst at any moment, with all the ensuing consequences. Mr. Kees and his team dismissed this as: "We don't reject a car based on rust!"; -In short, the customer receives a car that hasn't been repaired as it should have been, that should never have passed its MOT, and that now has to be serviced by another garage for an additional fee; -An authorized garage where the car is currently being serviced sees the frustrations of customers like myself every day; -Because the MOT wasn't performed legally, this constitutes criminal offense. Discussions are still underway with the police to file a report.

I‘m on Vacation in Heerenveen, After the trip from Vienna (1200 km) my car ran out of cooling fluid. Went to the garage without appointment and was helped in such a friendly and kind way! They had a quick look and found out that the water pump was broken - all parts were ordered, I even was given a service car for the rest of the day - free of charge. Only 5 hours later everything was fixed , it was even at a lower price than estimated! If your car ever will break down, I hope it will happen close to a wonderful place like Profile Car & Tire service! Thanks a lot to the whole crew!
