I had a flat tire and was able to get help very quickly. Charissa, among others, was extremely friendly and helpful. I also received a loaner car, which isn't always possible these days. The tire was fixed the next morning. Very clean garage!

poor communication, late questions on size of tires, which means they didn't have them on time. 2x rescheduled, show up and they can not remove current tires because they miss the key for the BMW. not prepared and poor communication.

Took a day off work to have my APK and service done here. Car was delivered at 10.30am. Went to collect the car at 17.00 and was told they could not complete the APK and no service was carried out. This company failed to contact me at any point during the day. Waste of a day and loss of earnings for me. Useless!
