Unfortunately, another bad experience, which is why I'm writing a review. I wanted to have my tires changed and had made an appointment. I was called at the door, so I arrived 10 minutes late (which is my fault) to drop off the keys. Then I couldn't get any help, which was surprising, as I had to wait almost three hours for a tire change last time. This is why I thought, "They don't keep their time very strictly here." Last time, I missed a work appointment because of it. Apparently, the time slot is so tightly reserved that someone else has to wait half an hour. I understand this, as it's frustrating for the other person, but it's still strange that it's half an hour when I only walk in 10 minutes late. The next person arrived more than fifteen minutes early, and I was told that the next person was "already there." I don't think it's even about the fact that I couldn't get help, but rather about the attitude of the person behind the counter and the comments they made. It's a shame!

Last week, I made an appointment for a refill of my air conditioning, scheduled for the next morning. To my frustration, the appointment was canceled just the day before, at 4:15 PM, due to a system glitch. It's absolutely terrible to give so much notice for such an early appointment. I asked if my appointment could be moved to another location; they themselves said it was less busy there. Instead of trying to help, I was given a long story about how they're a franchise and that they should be on the phone just as long as I was. They made absolutely no effort to help me. In the end, I gave up and called another garage myself, where I could get an appointment right away. Terrible service!

Very happy with the maintenance service, despite something going wrong with the appointment through the leasing company, the service was still carried out.

Excellent service. I popped in quickly without an appointment because my tire was going flat. At Profile, I was treated promptly, and within 10-15 minutes I was back on the road. Fantastic service and low prices.
